Zhang Shuai, male, from Qitaihe, Heilongjiang Province, CPC member, Doctor of Engineering, associate researcher of Harbin Engineering University. The main research directions are: seabed resource exploration, air gun bubble dynamics, Fluid–structure interaction, etc. Led or participated in nearly 20 scientific research projects, including key projects of the National Key R&D Plan, sub projects of key basic research projects of the Basic Strengthening Plan, general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and youth projects. Published over 20 papers, 1 monograph, and more than 10 authorized patents and software copyrights in internationally renowned academic journals such as Physics of Fluids and Ocean Engineering.
