姚绪梁

Prof. Xuliang Yao was born in November 1969. He is currently as the director of the Institute of Electrical Engineering, professor/doctoral supervisor, and the head of the Electrical Engineering discipline, School of Intelligent Science and Engineering, Harbin Engineering University. He is as the review expert of National Natural Foundation, editorial board member of the Electrical Times magazine "Electrical Application" , Heilongjiang Science and Technology Department review expert, Harbin Science and Technology Bureau review expert, reviewer of Electric Machines and Control and other journals. He is also as the member of the Academic Degree Sub-committee of HEU, the member of the Academic Degree Committee and the Academic committee of the school.
