Xue Bing, male, born in 1981 in Liaoning Province. Lecturer and master's supervisor. I have long been engaged in research in radio navigation, inertial navigation, and related multi-source information fusion technology, unmanned system situational awareness and control, embedded system and FPGA design, and other fields. Preside over or undertake 2 high-tech ship projects of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, 2 national plan project pre research funds, and 1 national plan key project. Received 1 first prize for National Defense Science and Technology Progress, 1 second prize for National Science and Technology Progress, and 1 first prize for Science and Technology in Universities in Heilongjiang Province. Published over 20 academic papers in various domestic and international journals, including more than 10 indexed by SCI and EI, and authorized 16 national invention patents. As the editor in chief, I wrote "Zero Start - Easy Introduction and Development Example of Altera CPLD/FPGA", "Programmable Devices and Application Experimental Technology", and "Zero Fundamentals FPGA - Based on Altera FPGA Devices&Verlog HDL Language".As the main technical leader, I participated in the development of the first domestic land-based spread spectrum radio navigation system and the first high-precision fiber-optic navigation and attitude equipment for ships. The above project achievements filled multiple technical gaps in China and reached international advanced levels.
