Wang Qing: Professor at Harbin Engineering University, Ph.D. in Engineering from Fuqing National University in South Korea, Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of "Polar Equipment Technology" under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, mainly engaged in research in polar ship design and construction, new ice breaking methods and mechanisms, and numerical calculation of ice loads. In recent years, as the project leader, I have presided over or participated in more than 10 provincial-level and ministerial level scientific research projects, including the 863 key projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the high-tech ships of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the pre research of marine equipment. In the field of polar vessels, as the project leader and backbone, participated in more than 10 provincial and ministerial level projects such as the International Cooperation Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the High tech Ship Project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Natural Science Key Fund, and the Pre research of the Science and Technology Commission of the Military Commission
