Profile

Wang Gang, member of CPC, Ph.D., Professor, and doctoral supervisor. His main research direction is underwater robotics and underwater operation equipment. He joined the Key Laboratory of Underwater Robotics Technology in 2011 and has published more than 20 SCI/EI articles as the first author or pass author in the process of academic research. As a project leader, he has presided over one project of National Key R&D Program (Special Project for Development of Major Scientific Instruments and Equipment), one project of Naval Equipment Pre-Research Program, one project of National 863 Program, one task of National Natural Science Foundation of China, one National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund, one item of Heilongjiang Excellent Youth Fund, one project of General Assembly Pre-Research Fund, two provincial funds. As the technical leader of the project, he undertook one key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Obtained the second prize of the National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award.

Two first prizes, two-second prizes, and two third prizes of Heilongjiang Provincial Science and Technology Award.
