王崇磊，男，1989年11月，山东济宁人，工学博士，哈尔滨工程大学船舶工程学院实验师，主要研究方向为仿生航行器总体设计理论、仿生柔性波动推进流固耦合分析。承担基础研发重点基金、深海创新中心技术专项、青岛西海岸高校校长基金等，作为骨干参与海南省重点研发计划项目，作为项目负责人完成仿生航行器成果转化。获得上海市科技进步二等奖、中国造船工程学会二等奖。发表论文 10 余篇，发明专利 20余项。

Wang Chonglei, male, was born in Jining, Shandong Province in November 1989. He is a doctor of engineering and an experimenter in the School of Ship Engineering of Harbin Engineering University. The main research directions are the overall design theory of bionic vehicle and the fluid-solid coupling analysis of bionic flexible wave propulsion. He is responsible for key projects in the technical field fund, the deep-sea innovation center technology project, the Qingdao West Coast University President Fund, etc., as the backbone to participate in the key research and development plan project of Hainan Province, as the project leader to complete the transformation of bionic vehicle achievements. It won the second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award and the second prize of China Shipbuilding Engineering Society. Published more than 10 papers, more than 20 invention patents.
