Tan Bing, born in 1989 in Liuyang, Hunan Province, Doctor of Philosophy in Nuclear Science and Technology, postdoctoral fellowship at South China University of Technology and City University of Hong Kong. Tan Bing was selected for the Guangdong Province International Youth Excellent Researcher Development Program and enlisted in the Military's High-level Scientific and Technological Innovation Talent Project as an "Emerging Academic Talent." Tan Bing currently serving as an Associate Professor at Harbin Engineering University's School of Nuclear Science and Technology, Tan Bing's research interests span nuclear reactor thermal-hydraulics and safety, boiling/condensation phase change and heat transfer enhancement, as well as the instability of two-phase flow.
