Shen Hailong, male, Han nationality, born in 1978, holds a doctoral and postdoctoral degree. He is a visiting scholar in the UK, an associate professor, doctoral/master's supervisor (ship and marine structure design and manufacturing, underwater intelligent technology), a member of the 8th Board of Directors of the Heilongjiang Shipbuilding Engineering Society, and has won honors such as Model Teacher of Harbin Engineering University, Excellent Thesis Award of Harbin Engineering University, and Excellent Reviewer of Harbin Engineering University, I have been engaged in the design and overall technology of marine robots (surface unmanned boat technology, underwater robot technology), ship hydrodynamics, and research on new concept marine unmanned platform technology for a long time.
Served as a review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the Degree and Graduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education; Served as a special invited reviewer for journals in the field of ship and ocean engineering, including Journal of Harbin Engineering University, Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology, Journal of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Ship Mechanics, Chinese Shipbuilding, Journal of Marine Science and Application, Ocean Engineering, IEEE J. of Ocean Engineering, China Ocean Engineering, Applied Ocean Research, and others.
As the project leader, I have undertaken 12 projects including national major special projects, National Natural Science Foundation projects, basic strengthening projects, pre-research fund projects, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation projects, and Heilongjiang Postdoctoral Science Foundation projects, as well as 7 other horizontal projects; As a core member, I participated in China's first unmanned boat "973" project, the first unmanned boat pre research key project, the first unmanned boat national 863 project, and the first unmanned boat key research and development plan project. I have achieved multiple original technological breakthroughs in the ship form and hydrodynamic technology of China's surface unmanned boats, as well as the deployment and recycling technology of surface unmanned boats, and related technologies are in an international leading position.
