罗铭聪

Mingcong Luo, male, Associate Professor, born in 1986, graduated from Harbin Engineering University in June 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, graduated from Harbin Engineering University in March 2011 with a Master's degree in Turbine Engineering, and graduated from Harbin Engineering University in March 2014 with a Doctor's degree in Engineering.From April 2014 to February 2018, he worked at the Seventh Third Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Corporation. From April 2014 to February 2018, he worked in China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Corporation (CSIC) 703 Research Institute, with the main work direction of aerodynamic and structural design of gas turbine compressor components, responsible for a variety of models of scientific research, production and equipment tasks, with a wealth of on-site and engineering experience.From March 2018, he worked in the School of Power, Harbin Engineering University, with the main research direction of impeller mechanical aerodynamic thermodynamics and gas-liquid two-phase flow, gas turbine wet compression characteristics, and aero-engine rain swallowing Characteristics.
At present, as a project leader, he has presided over two major national special projects and sub-topics of aero-engine and gas turbine, one National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) project and two Central Universities Foundation projects, and participated in more than 10 projects of Science and Technology Commission (CSTC), Science and Technology Bureau (STB), and civilian horizontal projects. He has published more than 20 papers in international journals, conferences and domestic core journals, among which two papers published in ASME conferences have been awarded the Best Technical Paper Award by IGTI (International Gas Turbine Institute), and both of them are the award-winning papers signed by Chinese authors only. He is currently a member of ASME Industrial & Cogeneration Committee and a member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and also a member of International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer, ASME Journal of Engineering for Gas Turbine and Power. He is also a reviewer for International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer, ASME Journal of Engineering for Gas Turbine and Power, ASME Journal of Turbomachinery, International Journal of Turbo & Jet Engines and other SCI journals.
