卢志忠

　　主要研究领域2个，分别为船舶水文气象信息监测及预报、航行模拟及仿真训练，目前开展的主要研究方向为：
1、航海雷达图像反演海浪、海表面流、海表面风、降雨等海洋环境信息技术；
2、风浪条件下航海雷达弱信号处理及小目标识别技术；
3、舰面稳态真风估计及关键区域风场预报技术；
4、水下潜器航行建模与水动力参数辨识技术；
