Profile

Doctor of engineering, professor, supervisor of master students and doctor students. Got bachelor's degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering in Harbin Engineering University in 2004. Got doctor's degree in Marine Engineering in Harbin Engineering University in 2001. Have been doing researches and education in the field of marine gas turbine blade cooling techniques and intake-exhaust techniques. Funded by the China National Natural Science Foundation. Be responsible for many projects with respect to naval equipment and national defense. Has won the second prize of national defense science and technology invention. Have published more than 30 pieces of paper on national and international journals, many of which were included in EI and SCI. Applied for more than 40 national invention patents, 20 have been authorized.

Research Fields

1. Prediction and evaluation of marine gas turbine intake and exhaust system performance and sparse two-phase flow.
Structural design, performance numerical simulation calculations, flow field measurements and flow visualization of the intake and exhaust system of marine power plant in ocean environment. He has performed performance prediction and optimization of the marine gas turbine intake filters. Moreover, he discovered the process of intake multiphase flow separation and the control method of aerosol dynamics.
2. Critical cooling technology of high temperature components of marine gas turbine.
PDA laser flow field measurement of the matrix internal cooling unit of gas turbine blades; Transient liquid crystal heat transfer experiments on the cooling units; Performance analysis of the internal cooling systems of gas turbine blade; Research on the heat transfer enhancement mechanism of the internal impingement cooling; High precision CFD numerical methods for blade internal cooling prediction; Critical technology of secondary air system for marine gas turbine.
3. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
Internal flow and heat transfer simulations of marine power plants; LES high-precision numerical calculation; DNS direct numerical simulation; Integration of machine learning and fluid mechanics.

1.Research on the realization of micro-size combustion and its observation in special optical fiber with microchannel, funded by the China National Natural Science Foundation.

2.The experimental techniques in scaling models for gas turbine component,a sub-project of the major national projects for aero-engines and gas turbines.
