LI Xiaodi, Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Harbin Engineering University (HEU), doctoral supervisor, postdoctoral co-supervisor, master supervisor in applied economics, visiting scholar at the National University of Singapore, member of the academic committee of the school, editorial board member of the Journal of Harbin Engineering University, deputy director of the Regional Innovation Professional Committee of the China Regional Economics Association, and deputy director of the Yangtze River Economic Belt Professional Committee of the National Economic Geography Research Association. Previously served as the head of the Department of Economics and Management, party branch secretary, assistant to the dean, and associate dean of the School of Economics and Management at HEU. Research interests include international economics and regional cooperation, regional and industrial development management, and innovation ecosystem theory and methods. Has presided over 30 research projects, including those funded by the National Social Science Fund, the National Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Heilongjiang Provincial Social Science Fund, the Heilongjiang Provincial Natural Science Fund, and various teaching reform projects. Published over 70 papers in academic journals such as Management Engineering Journal, Research Management, Scientific Research, Management Review, Contemporary Finance & Economics, and Modern Finance & Economics, authored 10 books and textbooks, and received more than 10 research awards. Has been invited to participate in high-level academic and think tank conferences both domestically and internationally, and has served as executive member or director of several national and provincial-level academic societies, as well as a reviewer for multiple journals and project evaluation expert at all levels. Maintains a long-term commitment to high-quality teaching, with consistently excellent evaluations for undergraduate and graduate teaching. Has received multiple awards including the Outstanding Undergraduate Lecturer and Outstanding Graduate Instructor at the university level, the first prize for outstanding master's thesis supervisor in Heilongjiang Province, and has guided undergraduate students to win outstanding bachelor's theses awards at the university level. Participated in guiding graduate students to participate in the "Zhengda Cup" National University Market Survey and Analysis Competition and won the first prize in the national finals, receiving the Outstanding Instructor Award.
