李伟，院长助理（分管学院人才引育和国际化），预聘教授，博导，国家级人才项目入选者（2021年），黑龙江省B类高层次人才（2022年）。黑龙江省新一代网络技术与信息保障实验室副主任，IEEE/ACM Member，CCF高级会员，CCF信息系统/数据库/人机交互专委执行委员，CCF智慧交通分会执行委员。2021年回国加入哈尔滨工程大学计算机科学与技术学院。李博士主要研究数据库、图数据管理与挖掘、时空数据挖掘、基于位置的服务计算等。近年来，李博士在上述相关领域发表论文40余篇，主持/参与澳大利亚联邦政府CRC项目、国家重点科技攻关计划、国家自然科学基金项目、黑龙江省自然基金、科技部外事专家项目等。担任哈工程未来学院和联合学院计算机类课程群负责人，获得省教学成果二等奖。担任国际期刊JIHMSP副主编，期刊Applied Sciences客座编辑，担任知名国际会议SMC、DASFAA等的PC Member，国际期刊TKDE、TKDD、TBD、DSEJ等的特邀审稿人，国际会议ICDE、VLDB、DASFAA等的特邀审稿人。

Dr. Wei Li, Assistant Dean (in charge of Talent Acquisition and Internationalization), Tenure-track Professor, PhD & Master's Supervisor. He graduated from the School of Computer Science and Engineering of the University of New South Wales, Australia, in 2019, and returned to China to join the Harbin Engineering University in 2021.Currently, Dr. Li is the deputy director of Heilongjiang Provincial New Generation Network Technology and Information Assurance Laboratory, IEEE/ACM Member, CCF Senior Member, executive member of CCF Information System / Database / Human-Computer Interaction Specialized Committee, and member of Heilongjiang Provincial Specialized Committee on Digital Economy.
His main research interests include Database, Graph Computation, Spatio-temporal data mining, and Indoor Location-based Service Computing. In recent years, he has published more than 40 papers in the above related fields. He serves as Associate Editor of the international journal JIHMSP, Guest Editor of the journal Applied Sciences, PC Member of the well-known international conferences SMC, DASFAA, etc., invited reviewer of the international journals TKDE, TKDD, TBD, DSEJ, etc., and invited reviewer of the international conferences ICDE, VLDB, DASFAA, etc.
