Liu Zhilin, male, Han nationality, born in March 1977, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a PhD in engineering, is a professor, and a doctoral supervisor. He received his doctor's degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2007, a postdoctoral fellow from Harbin Engineering University in 2008-2010, and a Visiting scholar from Eisen University in Isburg, Germany in 2014. From April 2008 to July 2018, he successively served as lecturer and associate professor in the School of Automation of Harbin Engineering University. From August 2018 to now, he has been a professor in the School of Automation of Harbin Engineering University. In July 2021, he served as the vice president of the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering of Harbin Engineering University. He has successively taught multiple undergraduate, master's, and doctoral courses, including "Industrial Robotics", "High tech Ships", and "Modern Ship Intelligence Technology". Currently, he has supervised more than 30 doctoral and master's students.
