刘峰，男，1982年5月生，黑龙江尚志人，中共党员，工学博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。主要从事载人潜水器总体设计与系统集成、多学科设计优化等技术研究。作为项目负责人或技术负责人，参与多项国家级科研任务，参与多项横向科研，获两项省部级科技进步奖。
Liu Feng, male, born in May 1982, from Shangzhi, Heilongjiang, member of the Communist Party of China, doctor of engineering, associate researcher, master tutor.Mainly engaged in research on the overall design and system integration of manned submersibles, multidisciplinary design optimization and other technologies. As a project leader or technical leader, he has participated in 10 projects , won two provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards.
