LI Bozhou, Ph.D. in Management, currently serves as a professor (senior grade), doctoral supervisor, and director of the Academic Committee at the School of Economics and Management, Harbin Engineering University. He is also a member of the Degree Committee and Chairman of the Discipline Degree Committee for Literature and Management at Harbin Engineering University. Additionally, he holds the position of Chief Expert at the Heilongjiang Regional Innovation-Driven Development Research Center, a key think tank cultivated by Heilongjiang Province. He is also the director of the Enterprise Innovation Research Institute at Harbin Engineering University, a key research base for humanities and social sciences in Heilongjiang Province. Furthermore, he is the leader of the primary discipline of Management Science and Engineering.
Li Bozhou has been recognized with the third prize for young teachers in higher education by the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation and is a review expert for the key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation in the field of management. He also serves as the Executive Director of the China Association for Science and Technology, Chairman of the Heilongjiang Management Science Society, and an editorial board member and reviewer for several important journals.
He has led over 20 research projects, including two key projects of the National Social Science Foundation, three projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, one general project of the National Social Science Foundation, three National Soft Science Projects (funding support category), one project of the Ministry of Education's New Century Talents Support Program, two doctoral fund projects from higher education institutions, and tenSoft Science Tackling Key Projects from Heilongjiang Province and Harbin City. He has published over 200 academic papers in SCI/SSCI journals and in domestic and foreign prestigious publications such as Management World, China Soft Science, and Research Management, and has authored 16 books and textbooks. He has received four first prizes and two second prizes for social science outstanding achievements in Heilongjiang Province, one second prize for scientific and technological progress in Heilongjiang Province, one third prize for science and technology in Harbin City, one third prize for technological progress in China Machinery Industry, and one third prize for technological progress in China State Shipbuilding Corporation.
