Profile

Liao Yulei, male, Han nationality, born in 1985, holds a doctoral and postdoctoral degree. He is a professor, doctoral/master's supervisor (interdisciplinary study of ship and ocean engineering A+, underwater intelligent technology), deputy director of Qingjiang Innovation Center (national level), member of the 8th Board of Directors of Heilongjiang Shipbuilding Engineering Society, director of the Institute of Marine Carrier Technology, and head of the "Xinghai" academic team for marine unmanned aerial vehicle technology; Selected for the first "Head Wild Goose" Innovation Team (Marine Robot Technology) in Heilongjiang Province in 2019, the Outstanding Youth Project of Heilongjiang Provincial Science Foundation in 2020, won the Excellent Paper Award of the Chinese Society of Shipbuilding Engineering in 2020 and 2021, selected for the Outstanding Marine Science and Technology Book Award of the Chinese Society of Oceanography in 2021, and won honors such as Best Author of Journal of Central South University, Excellent Editorial Board of Unmanned Systems Technology, and Five Year Excellent Paper Award, Participate in promoting and creating the first "ocean robot" profession in China; Senior member of the China Shipbuilding Engineering Society, member of the China Automation Society, and member of the China Artificial Intelligence Society. He has long been engaged in research on ocean robot design and control technology, ocean robot cluster intelligence technology, ship control technology, and new concept unmanned marine system technology.

1. Design technology for ocean robot platforms (ocean energy driving mechanism and application, cross domain vehicles, new concept vehicles, and other methods)

2. Autonomous control technology for ocean robots (path planning, hazard avoidance, motion control, autonomous docking, etc.)

Research on High Disturbance Control Methods for Natural Energy Driven Unmanned Craft from January 2018 to December 2021 (51779052), National Natural Science Foundation of China (general).

From January 2018 to December 2020, I conducted research on autonomous collaborative control of multiple unmanned boats and received a postdoctoral research award from Heilongjiang Province.

From January 2021 to December 2024, research on environmental co fusion control methods for wind wave hybrid drive robots (52071097), National Natural Science Foundation of China (in general).

From December 2022 to December 2025, research and development of key technologies and systems for intelligent unmanned boat observation and detection in the digital waterway of Longjiang, a major project of Heilongjiang Province's key research and development plan, and technical leader of the project

Enrollment majors: Ship and Ocean Engineering (Ship College), and Underwater Intelligent Technology Interdisciplinary (Intelligent College).

Enrollment: It is planned to recruit 4-6 master's and 2-4 doctoral students on a selective basis each year (location: Harbin, Sanya).

(Note: Excellent students with professional backgrounds in marine engineering, automation, computer, robotics, mathematics, ocean technology, and other related fields who are interested in ocean robotics technology)
