梁利华,专业控制科学与工程,研究方向船舶姿态控制及机电液一体化,为了国内船舶行业提供最好的船舶运动和减摇控制技术的同时,孜孜不倦,为船舶与海洋国内相关单位培养了大量可用人才,累计指导博士14人,硕士93人,累计发表论文100余篇,其中SCI论文25篇。 把立德树人作为教育的根本任务,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,在指导学生完成学术理论研究外,带领学生参与到各项科研任务中,包含在实验室内开展船舶姿态控制船模试验、远程无人船姿态控制试验等,此间遇到了各种关键技术瓶颈,一次次的突破,使大量的开创性研究结合工程应用,提升科研能力的同时,亦加强团队精神,使学生更加坚持理想“信念”。 教师的本职工作为教书育人,为本科生和研究生讲授“液压伺服控制”课程,坚持将最新最实用的知识传授给学生,将学生带入液压控制的门槛,使学生在船舶、航空航天等行业工作时,面对各种液压伺服控制系统、机电液一体化大型设备,做到游刃有余,起到了带头作用。 |
