HAN Guoyuan, male, Mongolian, from Tongliao, Inner Mongolia. Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Harbin Engineering University, Ph.D. in Management, Master's Supervisor, Director of the Department of Public Management, and Director of the Professional Degree Center. He is also an executive director of the Ship and Ocean System Engineering Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Systems Engineering, a member of the Regional Science Society of Heilongjiang Province, a member of the Management Science Society of Heilongjiang Province, a member of the Intellectual Property Research Association of Heilongjiang Province, and also serves as a thesis review expert for the Ministry of Education, an interview examiner for public servant recruitment in Heilongjiang Province, an interview examiner for public institution recruitment in Heilongjiang Province, and a lecturer for KAB Entrepreneurship Education (China).
