郭韬

GUO Tao, male, Han nationality, was born in November 1972 in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and completed his postdoctoral research in the discipline of Management Science and Engineering at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
Currently, he serves as a professor and doctoral supervisor at Harbin Engineering University. He is also the chief expert and executive deputy director of the Heilongjiang Regional Innovation-Driven Development Research Center (one of the first key incubation think tanks in Heilongjiang Province, recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), as well as a core member of the Enterprise Innovation Research Institute at Harbin Engineering University (a key research base for humanities and social sciences in Heilongjiang Province and part of the "Xinghai Team" at Harbin Engineering University). Additionally, he acts as an information consultant for the Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, a high-level talent expert in the New Think Tank Talent Pool of Heilongjiang Province, and a research expert for business environment assessment in Heilongjiang Province. Moreover, he holds positions such as Executive Director of the China Association for Science of Technology and Economy's Technical Innovation and Entrepreneurship Branch, committee member of the Digital Innovation Management Professional Committee of the China Society for Studies of Science and Technology Policy, vice president of the Heilongjiang Business Management Association, executive director of the Heilongjiang Productivity Society, and director of the Heilongjiang Management Association. He also serves as a peer review expert for the National Social Science Fund and a manuscript reviewer for Business Review and Research and Development Management.
