Male, Associate Professor, born in February 1991, Han nationality, native of Ning'an City, Heilongjiang Province, Master's supervisor, Deputy Director of the Department of Management Engineering, and Director of the Intelligent Evaluation and Information Fusion Research Center at the Key Laboratory of Big Data and Business Intelligence, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. He obtained his Ph.D. in Enterprise Management from Northeastern University, under the supervision of the renowned expert in comprehensive evaluation, Professor Guo Yajun. He is a council member of the Management Association of Heilongjiang Province and a member of the China Association for Science and Technology. He serves as a reviewer for more than 20 high-level academic journals both domestically and internationally, including International Journal of Intelligent Systems, International Journal of Fuzzy Systems, Sustainable Cities and Society, Kybernetes, Cybernetics and Systems, as well as A-class journals recognized by the Management Science Division of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, such as Systems Engineering - Theory & Practice, Operations Research and Management Science, EI Journals of Systems Engineering and Electronics, CSSCI Journals of Economic and Management Studies, and Journal of Capital University of Economics and Business, among others. His main research areas include comprehensive evaluation theory, methods and applications, multi-attribute decision-making, and information fusion technology. He has published over 30 academic papers, presided over one national-level project, one provincial and ministerial-level project, and four basic research projects of central universities. He has also participated in four national-level projects, six provincial and ministerial-level projects, as well as two projects related to the revitalization of Northeast China. He has received various awards, including the first prize for outstanding research achievements in industrial and informatization.
