She has served as the Executive Director of the Heilongjiang Management Science Society and the Heilongjiang Coal Economic Management Society. She is an expert in manufacturing information technology engineering in Heilongjiang Province and the leading figure in academic innovation think tanks in Qingdao. She has served as a reviewer for projects funded by the National Social Science Fund, the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Fund, the China Postdoctoral Fund, and the Philosophy and Social Science Fund of Heilongjiang Province, as well as the evaluator for the social science outstanding research achievement awards in Heilongjiang and Jilin Provinces. She has also served as a reviewer for internationally recognized journals such as "Structural Change and Economic Dynamics," "Sustainable Development," and "International Journal of Finance & Economics" listed in ESI. She has led or participated in over 20 research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Social Science Fund, the National Soft Science Project, the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Science Planning Project, the Ministry of Education's doctoral fund for higher education institutions, the Natural Science Foundation of Heilongjiang Province, the Social Science Foundation of Heilongjiang Province, and the Science and Technology Tackling Key Problems Program of Heilongjiang Province. In recent years, she has published over 30 papers and authored two monographs, receiving nine provincial and ministerial level awards.
Since 2002, she has worked as a consulting expert and was selected as an expert by the Heilongjiang Provincial Commission of Industry and Information Technology. He has been involved in the research, planning, and management consulting for over 40 enterprise projects, providing organizational change, business process reengineering, lean management, and information technology development consulting and training for state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, private enterprises, technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, and government departments. She has also provided consulting advice for team building, leadership and execution enhancement, as well as business process reengineering and information technology development for enterprises, institutions, and government departments.
