个人简介
柴全,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。1986年4月出生于吉林省延吉市。2016年毕业于哈尔滨工程大学机械电子工程(光纤智能传感)专业,获工学博士学位。现为物理与光电工程学院讲师,主讲大学物理(光学、热学部分)。在哈尔滨工程大学纤维集成光学教育部重点实验室开展光纤测试及传感研究多年,目前主要从事光纤光栅及特种光纤的相关研究。作为项目骨干成员,参与了科技部重大专项、国家自然基金和民品横向多项,为不同研究和工程项目搭建了多种光纤传感与测试系统。在Photonics Research、Optics Express、Optics Letter、IEEE Photonics Technology等国际知名期刊上发表学术论文多篇。目前主持国家自然科学基金1项,国家重点实验室基金1项,民品横向课题2项,参与项目多项。
