Profile

Cao Yunpeng, male, born in Xinji, Hebei Province, in November 1979, a member of the Communist Party of China, Doctor of engineering, associate professor, doctoral supervisor.

His main research interests are the basic and engineering application research of Marine gas turbine equipment fault diagnosis and health management, combined power overall performance analysis, power equipment testing and control.

As the project leader, he undertook a number of scientific research projects such as the special project of two aircraft, the basic research and development plan of ship power, and the major project of the central university fund. Participated in more than 10 research projects such as pre-research, ship power basic research and development plan, and horizontal research projects as technical leader and key member. He has published more than 40 academic papers, applied for 8 invention patents and 4 software Copyrights.

Won the first prize of Marine Engineering Science and Technology Award (ranked fourth) in 2017 "Ship-Offshore Power Plant Vibration Characteristics Analysis and Fault Diagnosis and Treatment Technology Application", In 2018, "Gas Turbine Remote Fault Diagnosis and Expert Support System and its application" won the second prize (ranking 7th) of China Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., LTD. In 2021, "Development and Application of Marine Gas Turbine Propulsion Integrated simulation Platform" won the second prize of National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award (ranking 5th).

He is currently a member of the Marine Engineering Academic Committee of the Chinese Society of Naval Architecture Engineering, a member of IEEE (93940270), a key member of the "Marine Equipment Vibration and Noise Reduction and Fault Diagnosis and Treatment Innovation Team" of Heilongjiang Tou Yan Team, and a member of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering. In June 2011, he received his Ph.D. degree in Marine Engineering from Harbin Engineering University.
In March 2005, he received his master's degree in Marine Engineering from Harbin Engineering University.
In July 2002, he received his Bachelor's degree in Thermal Engineering from Hebei University of Technology.

Recruitment direction: Fault diagnosis and health management of gas turbine equipment, 2 engineering/engineering doctors are admitted every year.

At present, this direction is supported by the national major special project of aero engine and gas turbine, the Basic Research Project of ship power, China Ship Research Institute, 606 Institute, 703 Institute, Xi 'an Thermal Engineering Institute and other related projects, providing a favorable research fellowship and doctoral environment. During the period of doctoral study, fully funded to participate in international Class A conferences and domestic academic conferences, providing a platform to participate in national major science and technology projects and practical engineering projects.

Master degree 1: Power Engineering and engineering thermal physics

Research direction: gas turbine condition monitoring, fault diagnosis, health assessment, performance analysis, 2-3 applicants per year.

At present, this direction is supported by two national major special projects of aero engine and gas turbine and a number of horizontal projects, and provides generous research fellowships for each graduate student. During the postgraduate study period, it provides 1-2 grants for domestic academic conferences and 1 grant for international conferences. Provide the work practice of relevant research institutes such as CSSC and AVIC, as well as related enterprises.

Master's degree 2: Marine Engineering

Research direction: Intelligent fault diagnosis technology of Marine power system, enrolling 2-3 students every year.

At present, this direction has obtained 2 basic research projects of ship power and 2 horizontal projects. All projects are practical problems, and each graduate student is provided with a generous research fellowship, including one international conference and one or two domestic academic conferences. Provides CSSC's main research institutes, as well as the working practices of related enterprises.
