Profile
CAO Xia, Ph.D. in Management, professor, doctoral supervisor, with research focus on technology innovation management. She serves as the executive director of the China Marketing Association of Higher Education Institutions and the executive director of the Heilongjiang Province Management Society. She is a communication reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a special reviewer for innovative methods in the Ministry of Science and Technology, and a doctoral dissertation reviewer for the Ministry of Education. She is also an expert reviewer for journals such as Studies in Science of Science, Business Review, and Chinese Journal of Management Science. She has published two academic monographs, led two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one project funded by the National Social Science Fund, and over ten provincial and ministerial level projects as well as horizontal topics. As a technical backbone, she has participated in the completion of four national-level projects including the National Social Science Fund and the National Soft Science Project. Her related scientific research achievements have received 14 provincial and ministerial awards, including three first prizes for outstanding social science achievements in Heilongjiang Province, two second prizes for scientific and technological progress in Heilongjiang Province, two second prizes for scientific and technological progress in the defense industry, two second prizes for outstanding social science achievements in Heilongjiang Province, one second prize for outstanding research achievements in industry and information technology, and four third prizes for outstanding social science achievements in Heilongjiang Province. She has published over 100 papers in core journals such as Studies in Science of Science, Journal of Systems Engineering, and Business Review in the field of technological innovation. She has supervised the graduation of 10 doctoral students and over 100 master's students. She has been awarded the title of Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Supervisor and the Second Prize for Outstanding Doctoral Supervisor at Harbin Engineering University, as well as the Second Prize for Outstanding Master's Supervisor.
